A Russian silver cigarette case. The case has a riffled surface. The front cover is decorated with a relief profile portrait of Peter the Great, 1672 to 1725, the first Russian emperor. The portrait is flanked by two fasces. The inscription 1613-1913 underneath is inset with diamonds. It indicates that the case was manufactured in honor of the tercentenary of the Romanov dynasty. The inside of the case is gilt. Hallmarks 84 silver standard, makers mark are on the inside of the item. Total weight: 208 grams. The item comes in a lined leather case.
