An antique early 20th century American gilt silver cigarette case by R. Blackinton and Co. The case is hand engraved with the letters M.S. on the lid. Hallmarks: Sterling, R. B. Co., 3335. R. Blackinton and Co. was founded in 1862 by Walter Balou, Thomas S. Mann and Roswell Blackinton. Sold in 1967 to Wells Inc.
