At the foot of the hill there is depicted a massive stone bridge with four semicircular arches, along which marches an army under waving banners. Handwritten monogram HF in the lower left. Handwritten signature Harry Fenn on the backside. Harry Fenn, 1837 to 1911, was an English-born American illustrator best known for the landscape engravings published by New Yorks D. Appleton and Co. as the Picturesque series. Golden frame. Collectible Antique American Landscape Graphic Art.
