George Barrie, four original 1893 and 1894 photoengravings after the paintings titled Greyhounds by Ida von Schubzenheim, Head of Young Girl etching in color from three plates by Maurice Deville, On the Lagoon by Richard Friese, Beech Trees etching in color from five plates by Frank Le Brun Kirkpatrick after Theophile Emilie Achille de Bock. All exhibited at the Worlds Columbian Exposition, entitled in pencil and sealed with the impressed stamps, copyrighted in the plates. From 1893 to 1895 the Philadelphia printer and publisher, George Barrie, was at work upon a large and lavish series of original engravings detailing exhibits of the fine art from participating countries at the exposition.
