A large antique Russian brass bowl, produced circa 1890-1900 by Alenchikov and Zimin. The bowl is round, with flared edges. Bears clearly visible marks on the body. The Alenchikov and Zimon factory was founded in Moscow in 1880 and was called Trading House of I. A. Alenchikov and N. S. Zimin. It manufactured samovars and other metal tableware which received a lot of awards at various fairs. The manufacturers became the successors of M.E. Lyubimova.
