An antique Russian figural covered and hand painted porcelain table clock by Popov Porcelain Mfg. A white enameled dial with black Roman numerals and hands. The case is adorned with a medallion with flowers on a white ground, and finely tooled gilt floral cartouches over cobalt blue ground, and a pink ground on the back. The cover is decorated with a figural group depicting a boy with a reed and a sitting dog on the top. Circa: 1900s. Marked on the bottom. Numbered 4323 on the mechanism.
