A vintage West German Simplex watchmans clock. The clock consists of an aluminium cased clock, a leather clock case. A cream tone enameled dial with black numerals and hands. Marked on the case inside and on the dial. Numbered, 199180, on a loop on the top. Circa; 1950s to 1960s. A watchman would visit a number of stations, and would insert a key at each station which would mark the tape inside to record that he had visited the point.
