An antique French Sevres porcelain and bronze centerpiece tray. The rectangular dish with rounded edges in the center features a gallant scene with the garden rendezvous, in pastel colors. Signed: Petit. The border in deep cobalt blue is decorated with exquisite gold patterns framing cartouches with floral motifs. The bronze footed stand is decorated with embossed scallops and flower garlands. Marked to the bottom with blue Sevres mark, incised mark: 10 g.
