An antique lidded inkwell stands with two ink porcelain wells. A model of the Vendome column is installed on top of the lid. The item is entirely made of patinated bronze. The Vendome column was installed in 1810 at Place Vendome in Paris, France to celebrate the victory of Austerlitz.
