Gavriil Glikman (Gabriel Glikmann), a lithograph print depicting the portrait of Johann Sebastian Bach, 1974. Entitled lower right. Signed, dated and numbered in pencil by the artist lower left. Gavriil Davidovich Glikman, 1913 to 2003, was a Russian artist and sculptor who emigrated from the USSR in 1980. The brother of the professor of the Leningrad Conservatory Isaac Glikman. Provenance: Feltsman Family, Oscar Feltsman was a Russian composer, and his son Vladimir is a musician. Vladimir purchased art directly from the artist. Russian Music Prints For Collectors. Provenance: Anna Feltsman Estate. Feltsman family: Oscar Feltsman, 1921 to 2013, was a Russian composer of Jewish descent born in Odessa. He was the father of Vladimir Feltsman, born in 1952 a Russian-American classical pianist. Anna Feltsman was the first wife of Vladimir Feltsman.
