An antique Russian Imperial Porcelain Factory military plate. The hand painted cavetto depicting Directors of Cadet Academy in post graduate dressed in uniforms. Gilded rims and gilt cisel Imperial eagles on the border. An inscription in Cyrillic with identifies the regiments of the pictured officers and dated 1871 on the base.
