Hallmark RH Austria and a handwritten mark 31 are on the bottom of the item. Robert Hanke founded a porcelain factory in 1882 in the Teplice area, Bohemia. This region belonged to the Austro-Hungarian Empire till 1918. Second. A white vase with a round bottom and a cylindrical neck.
