Randall, an American artist, early 1900s, known for Etching, engraving, Old Stone Bridge calandar piece. Philip Kappel was an American painter, illustrator, printer, writer, and lecturer. He educated at the Pratt Institute in New York. He was employed as an artist for several shipping companies and much of his work documents these ships and their sailors.
