Two Russian Fedoskino lacquer hand-painted boxes depicting the fairy tale heroes. One box portrays Tsarevich Ivan with his bow and arrow with Frog Tsarevna at his feet, while the other shows Vasilisa the Wise who is adorned in the raiment of a princess. Circa the early 1990s.
