A lot of four color lithographs, illustrations from Alexander Wilson's American Ornithology published in 1829 and 1832. Color plates for these editions of the book were made by J.G. Warnicke and Alexander Lawson. First. A reproduction of plate 63 by Warnicke titled Roseate Spoonbill, American Avoset, Ruddy Plover, Semipalmated Sandpiper. Second. A reproduction a plate 41 by Warnicke titled Whip-peer Will. Third. A reproduction of plate 61 by Lawson titled Heron Family IV. Fourth. A reproduction of plate 67 by Lawson titled Black or Surf Duck, Buffle-headed D., Canada Goose, Tufted Duck, Golden eye, Shoveller. Grey mat, silver frames.
