A large cachepot with a composite ornamental design. White body, famille verte color palette. Third. A bowl executed for the American market. White bowl of a lobed form with green Fitzhugh pattern and central eagle motif. Fitzhugh is a floral ornamental design made for the British and American markets in 1780–1820. It was named after the Englishman Thomas Fitzhugh who is thought to have ordered this design first. The eagle is depicted holding arrows, a green branch and slogan ribbon with motto reading E Pluribus Unum, Out of Many One. Collectible Antique Chinese Export Porcelain Items.
