Constantin Bruni, Russian, 1901 to 1970, watercolor on paper painting depicting a Paris view and titled Montmartre. Signed and entitled in pencil lower right. Constantin Nikolaevich Bruni was a painter and film designer. In 1919, escaped from Russia, then worked for the film industry as an artist assistant, specializing in copies of frescoes and paintings for films. Painted portraits of actors in roles, nudes, bouquets, as well as the walls in the bar of the film studio Saint-Maurice, Paris. Participated in the Salon des Independents.
