An antique late 19th-century American tall cut glass vase with a sterling silver neck. The narrow waist of the vase and the neat decorative relief on the silver relates this item to the Art Nouveau style. Engraved initials PBS on the neck. Hallmarks: Sterling Silver, 525 Fine, 7139. The unicorn hallmark refers to the Mauser Manufacturing Company which was established in 1887 and then merged into the Mt. Vernon Company Silversmiths in 1913.
