An antique urn-shaped porcelain vase with figurative handles by C.G. Schierholz & Sohn, later known as Von Schierholz Porzellan Manufaktur Plaue, a German porcelain manufacture. Made in the period around 1865 to 1907. The body of the vase is handpainted with mythological scenes taken from the artworks of Angelica Kauffmann, a 1741-1807, Swiss Neoclassical painter. The images are complemented by gilt detailings. Hallmark Austria with crossed lines and a personal number 126 are on the bottom. Collectible Antique Classical Porcelain Items.
