After Arnold Henry Bergier, American, 1914 to 2007, plaster sculpture named Moses with Tablets. Signed on back with the artist name and dated 1967. Arnold Henry Bergier was a sculptor and caricaturist who began his career as a singer in the Metropolitan Opera. He studied art in Paris in the late 1930s before serving in the Navy during World War II.
