A very rare Soviet Order of the Red Banner of Labor of the USSR. The order is a metal gold rone pentagonal star with a black enamel gear. On the left side stands a a worker holding an unfurled red banner in his hands. The slogan on the flag banner is inscribed in Ukrainian: The labour will be the lord of the world! On the reverse, the order has a screw mount marked MINT in Russian. The resolution on the founding of the order was adopted by the 5th All-Ukrainian Congress of Soviets on March 2, 1921.
