An extremely rare Order of the Republic of Tuva Arat Republic. The order is an oval-shaped plate framed with golden grain ears and oak leaves. On the ears, there is a five pointed red enamel star. In the center is the state emblem of the Tuvan People's Republic. Below it, on a white enamel background, is an inscription in Tuvan: Order of the Republic. At the top is a red enamel banner with the inscription PROLETARIANS OF ALL COUNTRIES UNITE! in Tuvan. In the lower part of the order, there is a golden hammer and sickle on a red enamel ribbon. In the center is a rider galloping to the left. On the reverse, the order has a screw mount marked MINT in Russian. This order was instituted on 17 March 1935. Soviet Awards, Collectible Militaria.
