A rare Soviet badge for selfless service in the police of the Crimean Republic. The award was established in 1927 by the Crimean Central Executive Committee, and the reason for the award was the decade of the October Revolution. It has the shape of a stylized shield. The award is decorated with white and red cold enamel, the inscriptions are made in gold. The shield is filled with a white background. A red stripe with the inscription in Russian FOR SELFLESS SERVICE IN THE POLICE OF THE CRIMEAN REPUBLIC is placed diagonally. At the top of the shield is the golden coat of arms of the USSR with a hammer and sickle. Behind the shield are two red flags on golden poles, which are placed crosswise.
