An antique 19th-century American mason's sword. A long double-edged sword with a Catholic cross engraved on the blade. The handle is covered with double-twisted wires and has a cross-shaped guard with an eagle relief. The scabbard is covered with a engraved floral ornament that frames a cross with a rose in the center of it; it also has a mascaron on the tip. Both the handle and the scabbard are patinated.
