Timur Petrovich Novikov was a Russian artist, founder of the St. Petersburg new Academy of Fine Arts. In 1982, Timur Novikov created the New Artists group. The first members of the group are Georgy Guryanov, Evgeny Kozlov, Oleg Kotelnikov, Ivan Sotnikov, Kirill Khazanovich.
