A large antique Russian Imperial nickel-plated samovar or teapot on four legs. Made by The Trading House of The Shemarin Brothers in Tula, Russia. The samovar is adorned with openwork on a base and bakelite handles. Marked with a manufacturer hallmark and other Assay marks on the neck. At the beginning of the XX century, the manufactory products were awarded the Big Silver Medal at the legendary Parisian exhibition.
