A collection of antique documents belonging to Pierre Jean Francois Auguste Romestin, a commandant of artillery of the 7th regiment of chevaliers of Saint Louis, a member of the Legion of Honor and the Order of Saint Ferdinand of Spain. At his wedding, the main witness was Pierre Louis de Cambout, Marquis of Coislin, Peer of France, Marshall of Camp of the Royal Army of France. A lot includes a marriage certificate dated 1825, a certificate of marriage in English issued by the British Embassy in Paris, an excerpt from the register of marriage acts dated 1895, and a handwritten letter dated 1822.
