A vintage Russian Soviet hand tooled and carved wooden cigarette box dispenser. Made of Karelian birch. Sliding the top cover, the mechanism separates and leaves a single rolled cigarette on the central postament. The metal engraved plaque with an inscription dedication and the date 1968 on the front.
