Antique 18th century Polish book. Kazania Na Niedziele Y Swieta Calego Roku, Sermons on Sundays and Holidays Throughout the Year, by Piotr Skarga. Volume 4, was published in Vilnius in 1793. Blue marble pattern hardcover with leather binding. The First edition was published in 1595. Piotr Skarga, 1536 to 1612, was a Polish Jesuit preacher and a leading figure of the Catholic Counter Reformation. Antique European Christian Catholic Books For Collectors.
