Additionally signed, titled, dated and inscribed on the back. Vasili Yakovlevich Sitnikov is a Russian artist, painter, and graphic artist. Representative of post war unofficial art. In 1975 he emigrated to Austria, then to the USA. Vassili Sitnikov is known for Russian city scene, nude figure, buildings painting, teaching, animation. One of a kind artwork.
