The lot includes a Japanese Satsuma hand Painted porcelain egg, beautifully decorated with gilding, traditional floral design and a medallion depicting a scene with Japanese geishas in the boat, a pair of vintage Japanese Satsuma pottery milk jugs or creamers with figural gold cat handles, the bodies are richly decorated with gold, orange and red floral motifs, both creamers are marked on the bottoms, an antique Japanese ceramic vase, decorated with raised moriage painted designs of two officials on both sides, possibly from the early 1900s, illegibly marked on the bottom. Satsuma ware is a type of Japanese pottery originally from Satsuma Province, southern Kyushu.
