A collection of vintage colored prints executed by ORBIS, a London-based publishing house, in 1944. The prints were a part of the Historia Oreza Polskiego - History of the Polish Army album. Each print has a commentary in English and Polish on the back. The lot consists of four reproductions depicting scenes from the life of Polish military, signed Pacevin. Numbers 22, 23, 25, 29: Polish Forces in France 1917-1919, 1919-1920, 1935, Polish Forces in the Middle East 1940-1942 and Polish Army in Russia 1941-1942. Handwritten pencil notes on each illustration commenting on the characters. Collectible Vintage European History Prints.
