An antique eyelet press is used in leatherworking. Made by Edw. L. Sibley Mfg. Co, Inc., Bennington, VT., U.S.A. The label on the side says This Press is guaranteed to give satisfaction when Challenge Eyelets are used exclusively. The label on the front says Trade Mark Challenge, Registered May 7, 1907. Along with the gold-toned labels, there are also intricate applied gold decorations on both sides. A vintage automatic steam iron made by Montgomery Ward in the USA.
