An extra large Russian silver Easter egg. The egg is separated into two halves. A gilt wash interior. The exterior of the egg is adorned with convex bas reliefs patterns in the shape of various insects, spiders, flowers, and leaves, and inlaid with green and black gemstones. Marked with a silver standard hallmark and other Cyrillic and Assay marks. Weight 439 grams. Russian Silver Ware and Collectibles.
