A large antique exceptional Burmese (Myanmar) solid silver repousse thabeik bowl on three open work legs. The bowl is pierced and repousse decorated in high relief with plaques depicting different scenes from the Burmese mythology, base chased with a band of betel leaves and top with scroll band. The workmanship is particularly crisp and detailed. Circa: late 19th century-early 20th century. Marked with an engraved image on the bottom.
