A Hermes Birkin red leather hand bag. Matte texture, an iconic strap closure, padlock, metal feet, foldover flap, twist-lock closure, two round handles, interior slip pockets, interior zip pocket, satin lining, silver tone fittings, and trapezoidal shape. Marked with a brand logo on the front. The Birkin bag is a model of the Hermуs handbag. Named after the Anglo-French singer and theater and film actress Jane Birkin. In 2011, at a Heritage auction in Dallas, the most expensive bag was sold for $203,150. Hermes International S.A., a French fashion house, was founded in 1837 as a workshop for the manufacture of equipment for carriages and riding. Continuing to specialize in the manufacture of leather goods, Hermès gradually changed its range, starting to produce perfumes, clothing, and various accessories.
