A unique collection of various antique items from the Kuranda family. The collection includes a group of portrait photos, several photos are signed, a pair of photos are framed; a suitcase with many documents, an old analogue camera in a leather case with a handle; a pair of pins, cufflinks; a metal pendant with relief flowers and a bow, and others. Circa: 1920s. Provenance: The present lot on auction forms part of the Kuranda's family estate. The provenance of items can be tracked back to Felix Kuranda in XIX Century Austrian Empire, member of a well known family of bankers and politicians; directly related to the Karpeles, Wittelshofer, Milne And Lederer families. The most chronological recent lots are former belongings from USA veteran Major Thom Stellinger-Scott related through marriage with the Kuranda lineage. He was a veteran of Korean War as well as a reputed amateur photographer and artist. The Stellinger-Scott family resided for decades at Montauk Long Island NY.
