McCluskey Medal established July 28, 1941; military medal For participation in the European African Middle East Company 1941-1945; The World War II Victory Medal; The American Defense Service Medal, and others. The medals are attached to the blue velvet panel. Framed. Provenance: The present lot on auction form part of the Kuranda's family estate. The provenance of items can be tracked back to Felix Kuranda in XIX Century Austrian Empire, member of a well known family of bankers and politicians; directly related to the Karpeles, Wittelshofer, Milne And Lederer families. The most chronological recent lots are former belongings from USA veteran Major Thom Stellinger-Scott related through marriage with the Kuranda lineage.
