The first: German Bavarian PM and M porcelain cup and saucer; the exterior of the cup is hand painted with a landscape and gilded; and the hand painted saucer with a firry pattern and gilding, and gilded, scalloped and ornate borders and rims; a special recess for a cup with a gilded rim; marked with a blue manufacturer stamp, and marked, Orington Bros New York, on the back of the saucer. The second: vintage porcelain cup and saucer with hand painted rural landscapes, gilded rims, and gilded floral patterns; the cup is adorned with a flower motif inside; the cup is marked with a blue manufacturer stamp on the bottom and the saucer is marked with impress, Carlsbad, on the back.
