A vintage Soviet silver medal of Ushakov. It has the shape of a circle in the middle of which there is a relief bust of F. Ushakov, framed around the circumference by convex points. Above, along the circumference, there is an inscription in raised letters: "Admiral Ushakov." The medal number 8749 is engraved on the reverse side. The medal is connected with an eyelet and a ring to a pentagonal block covered with a blue silk moire ribbon with white and blue stripes along the edges.
