Andre Lanskoy, 1902-1976, gouache painting on board depicting an abstract composition. Signed lower right. Circa 1960s. Framed. Lanskoy was one of the most important artists of the School of Paris. Andre Mikhailovich Lanskoy, was a Russian-born French painter, graphic artist, creator of color and light. The artist attached great importance to light, which, in his opinion, was the first organic element that organizes everything else: drawing, composition, rhythm.
