Marked with a Silver standard hallmark, and other Cyrillic and Assay marks on the stand and on the back. Completed with a portrait photo of Alexander III Alexandrovich, (1845-1894), Son and successor of Emperor Alexander II Nikolaievich, Emperor of Russia from 1881 to 1894.
