A rare issue of the Russian magazine "Jar-Ptitza" ("Firebird"), no. 8 published in 1922. The most famous of post-revolutionary art journals, whose contributors threw new light on the development of Russian art at the beginning of the 20th century, "Jar Ptitza" was extremely influential in its day, containing contributions from all the the members of the "Mir Iskusstva" ("World of Art Group"). Even separate issues of the magazine are a great bibliographic rarity.
