From 1967 to 1979, he was a member of the Petersburg art group along with M. Chemiakin, E. Esaulenko, V. Ivanov, A. Vasilyev, and others. Liagatchev belongs to the generation of the sixties, a very important period in the cultural life of Russia. One of a kind artwork.
