Simon Shegelman (Russian, 1933- ) color lithograph. Signed in pencil lower right. Stamped on verso. Simon Shegelman is a world renowned artist, currently residing in Toronto. He was born in 1933 in Bobruisk, Belarus. In 1975, he decided to emigrate with his family from the USSR after his exhibition in Riga was shut down.
