A Russian silver cigarette case with a hinged lid and gem-set thumb push-piece. The lid is engraved with the owner's monogram. The top left corner is chased with floral decorations. Both sides are marked with the manufacturer marks and 84 Russian silver standard. The interior right side has an inscription in Russian: To Comrade Z.F. Sapalenko, Labour Veteran, on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the October Revolution, from the Tabaktrest of Ukraine, and dated 1917 - 7th of November - 1922. Weight 161 g.
