Lea Halpern (Dutch, American, 1901-1985) artistic spherical-shaped with a narrow neck ceramic vase covered with glaze in a light pink shade. The exterior is adorned with a crackled effect. Signed by the artist with initials, L. H., and numbered on the bottom. Lea Halpern was known as the van Gogh of potters, she experimented with glazes, special effects, and innovative pigments.
