Two Chinese carved pearl shell wood wall panels with black and gold lacquer trims in the style of Shibayama. The panels depict two ladies in a garden, with one playing a musical instrument, while the other is singing or dancing. Both panels are in black lacquer and ornately gilt decorated frames. Circa 1920s.
