An antique Russian hand-painted egg tempera on wood panel icon of Mother Of God - Vladimirskaya, the earliest known surviving and one of the most revered miraculous icons of the Russian Orthodox Church. The icon feature an embossed metal riza/ oklad. Titled in the Cyrillic lower to the center. Circa: 19th century.
