Additionally signed and titled on the back. Framed. Soviet artist Vladimir Alexandrovich Serov (1910-1968) was an apologist for the art of socialist realism. Serov graduated from Leningrad's Academy of Art. A People's Merited Artist of Russia, his works are included in the Tretyakov Gallery, the Russian Museum.
